PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER EXPLORING IDENTITY, SPACE, AND STORY THROUGH THE LENS

Nigerian-born and based in the UK, I am a fine art photographer whose work moves between the poetic and the observational. With over 22 years of experience behind the lens, my practice spans fine art, street style, landscape, portrait, and abstract photography—each genre offering a different language through which I explore form, emotion, and the quiet narratives of everyday life.
My approach is rooted in curiosity and shaped by a deep respect for detail. I am drawn to the spaces where light becomes mood, where colour becomes memory, and where the ordinary reveals its hidden elegance. Whether I am creating conceptual fine art pieces or capturing fleeting street moments, my work seeks to evoke rather than merely document.
I hold a B.A in English from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a foundation that influences the way I construct imagery—with intention, symbolism, and a sensitivity to storytelling. Photography, to me, is an extension of language: a visual voice that allows me to translate thought, experience, and imagination into enduring works of art. As an active participant in the creative arts community, I hold membership in the Society of Nigerian Artists (Lagos Chapter) and The National Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (Lagos Chapter). I am also a member of the Southend Photographic Society, reflecting my enduring passion for visual expression and the transformative power of the arts across disciplines.
